Busan Trip

We took a spontaneous trip to Busan weekend. We hopped on a bus and rode roughly 2 hours before we eventually arrived in Busan. We quickly found our hostel (one room with ten beds). Luckily, our group was 8 out of the 10 people.

We traveled out to a temple that claims to be the most beautiful temple in all of Korea. So far, I would agree! The temple is built into the cliffs by the ocean. There is a huge golden buddha and you can see your astrology sign and snag a picture by it if you wish.

After the temple, we ventured to the Busan aquarium. Of course, there were lots of cool fish. There was an area where you could feel various kinds of ocean life including coral and starfish. We even got to watch the staff feed the sharks and large stingrays. At the end, Zoe and I got a caricature done of us.

The last night, we traveled to a nearby beach to see the bridge that was featured in Black Panther. There was a light show on the bridge but, if I'm being honest, the light show was not worth the time. However, it was still fun to sit and drink on the bridge and watch random ships shoot fireworks under the bridge.
